
Watershed Development Programme Service:
Through Sarwadharma Mitra Mandal Sanstha, the watershed development program was initiated in Karanja Taluka in 2005 with public participation. Subsequently, large-scale watershed development work was carried out in Washim district with support from Pani Foundation and other NGOs. This included the implementation of the farm pond program with government assistance, along with nala bunding, nala deepening, and continuous contour leveling.
Additionally, the organization implemented various activities such as contour dams in pastures and fields, embankments, soil conservation, and water drainage management.
